The SimplePractice Client Portal mobile app allows our clients to easily access their secure online portal. From the app, they can view and track appointments, make payments, send Secure Messages, and complete intake documents and forms.

Download the Client App

The Client Portal mobile app is available for clients and contacts to download from the App Store and Google Play Store. To download the app:

1. Open the App Store on an iPhone or Google Play Store on an Android device.

2. Search for “SimplePractice Client Portal.”

3. Tap Get or Install.

How to Access the Client Portal Mobile App?

Follow these steps to easily log in to your mobile app:

1. Open the SimplePractice Client Portal mobile app.

2. Enter the email address associated with your portal access.

• Note: This is the same email address set up for your portal account.

3. Tap the Send Link button.

4. Check your inbox for an email with a one-time login link.

5. From the email, tap Log In to access your portal.
